If you wish to modify your order due to selecting an incorrect size, please reach out to us promptly via the contact section using your email. Please note that the window for order cancellation is limited, but if your request is made in a timely manner, we will do our utmost to accommodate it.

Scenario 1: Package Lost and Unable to Be Recovered
While it is rare for a package to be lost, if such an event occurs, a refund will be issued. Simply contact us through the designated section, and your funds will be reimbursed promptly.

Scenario 2: Product Arrives Damaged
If your product arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances or printing quality, you have 7 days to file a claim with photographic evidence for us to proceed with the refund process. If more than 7 days have elapsed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey until its delivery. This tracking number ensures transparency and enables you to stay informed about the status of your order every step of the way.

For orders outside the USA: If you are ordering a product from outside the USA, please allow additional time for your order to arrive(2-4 weeks), as it may take longer to reach you. We are working on improving our shipping times for international orders in the near future to enhance delivery speed.

The Tees are 'true to size,' meaning that if you typically wear, for example, Large, you should select Large as that is the exact size of the shirt. Choose the shirt size you usually wear, and you shouldn't encounter any issues. If you desire a looser fit, please order one size up.
